The user undertakes to provide truthful information. The provider undertakes to conduct the selection process according to transparent criteria. Recognition is based on the submitted achievements.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for indirect damages or lost benefits from a non-award. The award is a symbolic recognition.
The user may terminate their participation at any time. The provider may terminate use immediately in case of violations of these terms or abusive behavior. Fees already paid will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to adjust these terms. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the service is considered acceptance of the amended terms.
